Our apiary locations are selected for their abundance and variety of natural floral sources. Highland Valley produces nothing but pure wildflower honey from areas throughout the Northeast USA. We select our apiaries locations based on potential exposure to commercial agriculture and we never use harsh chemicals inside the beehive. Our honey is perfect for sweetening teas, healthy baking, drizzled over granola, in your superfoods smoothies, and more!

Small Batch Perfection
All our honey is small batch, processed directly after harvest and packed for resale, so our honey will vary in color and flavor depending on the season and which floral sources. Most packers blend their honey to come up with a consistent color and flavor profile. We don’t follow that model, we want our consumers to experience what the bees are foraging throughout the season. For the customer that wants the health benefits, we believe this is the best possible option.
Sustainably Sourced
We pride ourselves on being able to supply large market chains and distributors with the highest quality honey on the market, year-round and on time. When inventory comes into question, we have great relationships with other local beekeepers who practice the same methods and produce honey in the same area we do. So, we never run out! Our honey can be found in fine stores throughout the northeast, and now its available directly to you from our online store.
